COURSE CONTENT

The Rebuilding Seminar is a 10-week program guided by the Rebuilding Blocks, each connecting you to areas of your emotional life most impacted by your relationship loss. Each of these blocks is also part of your healing and will help you move forward to rebuild your life. With each step upward, you gain a deeper understanding of your feelings and behavior patterns, allowing for greater confidence, self-awareness, and self-worth.

Along the way, you overcome many obstacles, heal, know yourself better, grow, and build new friendships and a lasting, supportive community. Sooner than you would imagine, you will see an amazing transformation. We will be with you every step of the way.

SEMINAR TUITION

Finances are challenging for all Rebuilders: it’s called “the divorce economy.” Rebuilding is often more effective than counseling or therapy, which can cost over $3,000 by comparison.
