I HIGHLY recommend the Rebuilding Seminars! This seminar was a lifesaver for me! I was a mess when I first started, and now I’m in such a good place. I knew I would get here but didn’t realize how quickly it would be. I have also learned so many things about myself and I now have the tools I need to have a great and healthy relationship. Not to mention the staff…Bob, Shae, and all the volunteers were so awesome! You will be in good hands, and you will be so grateful you joined!
– Summer 2024 Graduate
Rebuilding Seminars is the most effective and popular program of its kind. 70% of Rebuilders are referred to the Seminar by Rebuilding graduates and 25% by therapists. Nothing is more effective. On average, our seminar takes two years off the time to recover from loss so that you may move forward with new confidence and the freedom to be the very best you.
Experience a confidential, safe, non-dating environment, so your inner work has the space to unfold. Our larger class size fosters a long-lasting, active social network of trusted friends that stay together for years after seminar graduation – and enjoy the many follow-on graduate-only Rebuilding gatherings and activities.
Along with facilitators Bob Manthy and Shae Karam, the Seminar is supported by a select volunteer team of graduates who handle all the vital details for you, organizing online connections and supporting discussion groups. Learn from our exclusive experiential exercises and our Therapist Tool Kit so you can take concrete action steps towards the personal transformation you have always wanted.
The Rebuilding Seminar is a 30 hour, 10-week program guided by the Rebuilding Blocks, each connecting you to areas of your emotional life most impacted by your relationship loss. Each of these blocks is also part of your healing and will help you move forward to rebuild your life. With each step upward, you gain a deeper understanding of your feelings and behavior patterns, allowing for greater confidence, self-awareness, and self-worth.
Along the way, you overcome many obstacles, heal, know yourself better, grow, and build new friendships and a lasting, supportive community. Sooner than you would imagine, you will see an amazing transformation. We will be with you every step of the way.
Our culture has no supports for separation and divorce. When we need them the most, we become isolated as both married and single friends move away from us - they care, but just don't know what to do. Rebuilding Seminars busts this isolation with 12+ facilitated social activities between seminar classes. While these are optional, it is a tremendous opportunity to get to know your single self and practice building authentic and compassionate relationships. Activities will include Saturday morning coffee, walks, dinners, and the surprisingly popular axe throwing. Our non-dating environment provides safety for long-lasting friendships with your Rebuilding brothers and sisters.
Finances are challenging for all Rebuilders: it’s called “the divorce economy.” Rebuilding is often more effective than counseling or therapy, which would cost over $3,000 by comparison.
What really matters to you? To have a more peaceful state of mind as you go through all the changes? The protection of a friendly circle of support? To know in your heart that your children are okay? To have healthier future relationships? To make genuine, new friends?
When you register, you make an investment in the future — yours, your children’s, and your relationships. You receive 30 hours of interactive classroom education and more than a dozen opportunities for isolation-busting, class-only, social events.
Also included are Bruce Fisher’s book “Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends,” a Seminar Workbook exclusively designed for this program, and Loss Adjustment pre and post-testing results.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Seminar, we will refund the unused portion, less the $89 non-refundable registration fee.
Missed sessions can be made up at no charge in the next seminar or with a facilitator consult.
